Online Fitness and Nutrition Programs
Utilizing the latest in computer and smartphone application technology, your customized fitness and nutrition programs are sent directly to your phone or computer. You have your own username and password to access your own personalized programs.
The workouts are easy to follow and are planned out with number of reps and order of exercises as well as videos for every exercise. We will start with a phone consultation and fitness questionnaire to gather the information necessary to customize your programs to your needs. All programs come with full email support.

What made you decide to join Hybrid Fitness Training?
My relationship with Aaron began over 8 years ago while I was in college and beginning my career, I have watched him grow from a trainer at Equinox Fitness to a successful entrepreneur leading the fitness world.. Being a part of the fitness world allowed me access to some of the best in the business, and I would 100% qualify Aaron in the top echelon of trainers. I didn't start training with Aaron til about 8 months ago. Many will ask why it took me so long to call Aaron/Hybrid Fitness Training in the first place since I already knew what he was capable of, and the only answer I have is "I was scared". I was nervous that I would let myself down or wouldn't be able to keep up with his original style of coaching and programming. I had had a significant injury to my back that took me out of training and working out for the year leading up to my call to Aaron. Coming back would be a difficult task, and I wanted only the best and most knowledgeable to help me achieve my fitness goals with ease. Aaron was my first call! I knew that I could depend on him to slowly work my muscles back to optimum shape.
What Results have you achieved since joining Hybrid Fitness Training?
I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been and in the last challenge I lost 5% body fat in ten weeks! I was told by doctors that I would live with back pain for the rest of my life... Aaron/hybrid fitness training gave me a reason to challenge that. And today, I'm proud to say that I'm 95% back pain free, and I owe that to Hybrid Fitness Training. He was able to design a program that was rehabilitative, functional, and entertaining.
What do you like best about working with Hybrid Fitness Training?
Besides his expansive knowledge base and care for each client, it's important to also highlight how much fun our sessions have become. Hybrid Fitness Training is a place where I can feel good about myself and my body! I'm so glad that I finally called Aaron; he's become not only my trainer but also an amazing friend. I was always impressed by his attention to innovation and detail of every client and student that he has. He is able to identify what each individual person wants and needs to achieve from their fitness training.
